Welcome to the website of the Pearson Airport Professional Firefighters Association (PAPFFA) Local 4382 of the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF). Our Association was established on September 28, 1959 and has been proudly representing the unionized men and women of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) Fire and Emergency Services ever since.

There are two primary goals of this site.

The first goal is to introduce and inform the public about our Association and its members to the unique world of airport firefighting at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

Secondly, it will also allow us a forum to provide pertinent information to our members on issues, news and events which directly affect them and their place of work.

We hope that users will find the site easy to use and we welcome your comments on how the site should or can be improved.
